Georgia REALTOR®
Distinctive homes, land, and historic properties in Georgia.
I'm a Georgia REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers navigate distinctive homes, land, historic properties, and the places that make life feel extraordinary. I stay active in the organizations that shape our industry, and outside of work you'll find me spending time with my family, traveling and playing tennis.

How I Can Help
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Peachtree City, Fayette County, and Coweta County—where discretion, accurate pricing, and patience matter more than volume.
Private, unhurried representation for buyers of distinctive homes, estates, acreage, and historic properties—gated and equestrian communities, lake and golf frontage, and one-of-a-kind places. Access to off-market opportunities, honest guidance on value, and negotiation that protects your position.

Buying or selling somewhere I don't work every day? I partner with trusted agents throughout Georgia so you get true local expertise—paired with the same care and follow-through you'd get from me.
Georgia is a big state, and every market has its own rhythm. When a move takes you outside my home markets, I connect you with an agent who lives and works in that community.
I don't hand off names at random. I look for agents whose standards, communication, and discretion match my own—then make a personal introduction.
A referral isn't the end of the conversation. I stay in touch through the process so you always have someone in your corner who knows your story.
Agents: I welcome referral relationships across Georgia and beyond. Let's connect.
About Leiah
Local knowledge, practical guidance, and a genuine interest in the story of every property and every client.
I'm Leiah Casterline, a Georgia REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers navigate distinctive homes, land, historic properties, and the places that make life feel extraordinary.
Alongside my real estate work, I'm restoring historic property in downtown Pelham and developing The Pelham Briefing to make useful local information easier to find.
My real estate business serves Peachtree City, Fayette County, and the areas of Coweta County that touch Peachtree City—distinctive homes, estates, gated and equestrian communities, lake and golf frontage, historic properties, and acreage.
With these properties the details matter: accurate pricing, discreet marketing, careful negotiation, and a network of trusted lenders, inspectors, and contractors. I'm also drawn to properties with untapped potential—historic buildings, rural estates, and homes without homeowners associations—where long-term value and lifestyle matter as much as square footage.
Leadership has always been part of how I show up. I currently serve as a Local Director on the Fayette County Board of REALTORS® and as President-Elect of the Women's Council of REALTORS® — Fayette Network. Both roles let me advocate for our industry, mentor other agents, and stay close to the conversations that shape our profession and our community.
A Bigger Purpose
Through Leisure Realty Group, my husband and I are investing in the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic property in downtown Pelham, Georgia.
Our vision includes a welcoming coffee café and lunch spot, a visitor and community information experience, locally focused retail, professional space, creative and cultural programming, and residential opportunities.
We envision it as a comfortable gathering place where residents, visitors, business owners, and community organizations can connect. It will also serve as a natural starting point for exploring Pelham—pairing hospitality with local information, personalized recommendations, and stories about the people and places that make the community distinctive.
Our goal is not simply to renovate a building or open another business. We want to create a financially sustainable destination that preserves an important part of Pelham's history, supports neighboring businesses, welcomes visitors, and contributes to downtown's long-term growth.
We're currently testing the idea of a coffee café and lunch spot in downtown Pelham. For it to work, we need Pelham behind it—real interest, real feedback, and neighbors who'll walk through the door. If this is something you'd support and return to, we want to hear from you.
Publishing
Founded in Pelham. Reporting across rural Georgia.
The Pelham Briefing is an independent publication celebrating the people, places and possibilities of Pelham while exploring the stories that connect rural communities across Georgia.
Founded in Pelham and guided by the belief that every community deserves to have its story thoughtfully told, The Briefing shares local achievements, traditions, events, businesses and opportunities. It's a small, family-run effort.
Pelham remains our founding community and the eventual home of The Briefing Room, a small office, interview studio and gathering space. New issues come out as time allows, with the hope of visiting more communities across rural Georgia down the road.
Discover. Connect. Belong.
My Connection to Pelham
My relationship with Pelham and Mitchell County began in childhood. I attended preschool and church here, and although my family later moved to a nearby community, I've kept coming back—visiting family on weekends and holidays and holding onto friendships that have lasted for years.
Today, I am returning to that connection in a different way—as a property owner and advocate for thoughtful downtown revitalization. I hope to listen, collaborate, share useful information, and help connect people who care about Pelham's future.
Leadership & Credentials
Experience across real estate, aviation, hospitality, business development, and community leadership shapes how I approach every project. Serving on the Fayette County Board of REALTORS® and leading the Women's Council of REALTORS® — Fayette Network keeps me close to the people and decisions that shape our profession.
